FREESTYLE RAP

I’m not yet one of the lucky people who has seen Hamilton (definitely on my 2018 wish list!).   But I’ve been watching videos and listening to a lot of songs of Hamilton and Lin-Manuel Miranda, creator and star of Hamilton.

These videos of his guest appearance in The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon playing Wheel of Freestyle where they are given three random words and they have to use these words in a freestyle rap and it’s nothing but amazing (even Mark Zuckerberg thinks so!).

Wheel of Freestyle with Lin-Manuel Miranda (from "Hamilton")

Lin-Manuel Miranda (star of Broadway's 'Hamilton the Musical') and Black Thought from The Roots are given three random words they've never seen before and have to work them into a freestyle rap.

Told you Mark Zuckerburg thinks it’s amazing!

And here’s another of his guesting where he does an improv to a Hamilton style song. Again, fascinating!

Freestylin' with The Roots and Lin-Manuel Miranda

Jimmy chats with a member of the audience and asks Lin-Manuel Miranda and The Roots to improv a Hamilton: An American Musical-style song about her on the spot.

I need a miracle to get a Hamilton ticket!
