She has started many businesses and among them are a coffee shop chain, a Filipino quick service restaurant, a farm to table restaurant, and a natural and organic store called ECHOstore, which now has 9 branches on its 10th year.
She also co-founded GREAT Women Showroom and Cafe which now plans to expand to the ASEAN region
Chit Juan is the founder of the PH chapters of International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA), the Women Corporate Directors (WCD), and Slow Food Manila. She now also serves as Councilor for the Slow Food International Congress representing Southeast Asia.
She is President and Co-Chair of the Philppine Coffee Board Inc. (PCBI), a member of the ASEAN Coffee Federation.
Aside from Green Lane of ManilaSpeak, she also writes for Starweek magazine, the Philippine Tatler’s Traveller magazine, and online portal ph.asiatatler.com.
