Margaux Salcedo is a food writer.

She is the dining columnist of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. Her column First Class is published every Sunday in the Sunday Biz section.

Margaux was also the food columnist for eight years of the Sunday Inquirer Magazine.

Every month, Margaux has a section for her food features in Cook Magazine.

Her works have also been published in the book Slow Food: Philippine Culinary Traditions of Erlinda Panlilio and Felice Sta. Maria, as well as in the second edition of Amy Besa's Memories of Philippine Kitchens.

She was also the Country Editor for the Philippines of the Miele Guide, the first authoritative and independent annual guide to Asia's finest restaurants.

She co-anchors the radio program Home Cook on dwIZ 882 where she talks about everything delicious. She is on air Monday to Wednesday at 11:15 a.m.
