Alma Anonas-Carpio

Journalist and writer Alma Anonas-Carpio is the Literary Editor of the Philippines Graphic magazine. She received a Palanca Award for her poetry collection "Random Access Memories" in 1994 and served as a Palanca judge for the Kabatan Essay in English in 2001. Alma was also the recipient of the Intel Excellence Award for her reportage on the Cybercrime Law in 2011.

Alma is now working on her first book of poetry, a graphic novel in the horror genre and an erotic novel. She is the author of the cookbook "Kitchen Diary" published by Psicomm.
